In "neve amerika" dorms, it is always yellow water when you open the pipe, only after 1-2 min it is normal water
it's in canada, and i've noticed it from time to time.
My guess it's in Elyon dorms.Lived there - and had the same experience.
we have permanent stains from that stuff in our sink \:oh, yeah, Canada...
I happened in mizrach chadash one morning with the hot water only
