Hey, the Linux instructions are not that clear... when I input the first line in the console I'm asked for a password and that's where I'm stuck :(
they're trying to write a script for that

1. what program is the most suitable?
2. is tunneling needed?
3. is there any advantage using DC in linux (maybe moshe barak will loose interest, like the case with that pesky secure connector thing)?
hey, there is a problem connecting to your server with bitvise.
after clicking login, there is a response: "server disconnected without sending a disconnect message".
maybe the server is still down?
i have a problem too. it says:
connection failed error 10060: a connection attempt failed because the connected party did not respond after a period of time.
is the server down????
now it's giving me a "server disconnected without sending a disconnect message".
anybody know the solution???

What's the password for the ssh-tunnel when I use Linux?

Hub isn't in test phases... And it isn't 'down already'.
Nobody can guarantee 100% uptime... Just be patient, it will be back online eventually...

when i try to open the rar it says that the file is damaged or it cant open it from some other reasons..what can i do about it?

Umm, I read the Linux instructions, and since they're just an SSH tunnel - couldn't I do the same on Windows with an SSH client like PuTTY? Isn't its tunnelling enough?
I think many people in Linux have made the mistake of thinking that the instructions include 2 lines of code. I think it's actually just 1 command that doesn't fit the screen :)
Anyway, even using that command I couldn't get it to work. I'm still connecting through other people's IP, which sucks! :(

the hub with the mIRC will be back soon (probably until wednesday next week-30/01/08).
it was the most reliable solution, isn't it?
however, in the far future, when I'll have a little more time, it will be serverless, insecured and fast, unlike "waste".
probably u will not be required to boot the connection with an IP address, the software will be made to hold only the technion network unlike "waste".

can anyone help me.... i try to connect from outside the technion using the dialer..i put the ip in the box in connections but still i can't download.
does anyone have a clue????
i forgot to say that i'm behind a NAT router also....
Anyone cares to explain how this hub works.
Because its either on a computer that gets restarted every 4-6 hours or just kicks out randomly chosen IP's for several hours at a time........
Dudes.. Hub is very unstable due to internet problems of the host.
So if you cant connect now - try some other time
hi, i'm trying to download the tunneling to my friend and everytime when i load the profile it dosnt load anything and it says "loading a blank profile", i tried to download it over and over again and it keeps saying that. she's got vista if that helps. i've already download it to 3 people and there wasnt any problem.
if someone got an idea on how to fix it, please help us.
