My name is Roy moshkovitz
And I am competing for survivor 2.0 the tv reality series where 20 people are stranded on a deserted island for 52 days.
And the winner gets a million shekels.
Now channel 10 has started a preliminary contest for the next season - where people can vote over facebook and facebook only.
I am competeing in that contest and need the help of the guys from the technion since I am going to be a technion represntive.

My point in going to the survivor series is to show that brain beats muscles.

Technion installed security gates.In which they invested a lot of money and our time (gate was closed for half a year). Just watch how easily it was breached. All you need is finger.

Hello pipl, I manage to survive through all the exams and so is Blog !
Thanks to all the pipl who commented on my blog - it is really inspires keep posting.
I would be more than glad if you start send me interesting stuff you encounter in Technion. That way blog can be more interesting and grow.
I didnt go out much of my small room during torture (exams)time so I dont have any real new news.. Only Old Ones ))

There is little library opened up about a month ago in Mizrah Hadash.
There isnt much books... But I was told pipl can donate to it. Also it has really nice and big Tv and some table games. Everyone is welcome

Technion Security

All we know that there are 2 main guarded entrances into the Technion. And in Mizrah Hadash turnstile was installed, so that everyone who posses Student card could enter.
But do you know any other entrances , those that anyone anytime can enter ? I bet you dont.
So I made up a little poll to test you knowledge. I will post the right answer with an edited picture on Asat forum in Technoblog in about one week. And of course feel free to wright in comments.

Oh and one more thing. Whole Mizrah Hadash lousy, easy to climb up fence counts as 1.

Blog mourning DC hubs

Yesterday 2 biggest DC hubs went down. It is still unclear why this happend and who is responsible, but TCC notified HuB admins that they have to shut servers down.
Still it is pretty sure that someone turn us in to TCC.

If Tcc fools enough to close our comunity - we hit them hard. Now that we dont have ability to share LaN connection, each one of us will turn to Rapidshare, MegaUpload and other servicies. They will pay a lot for their mistake !
Though I am sure they cant bound the freedom. For one closed hub two more would be created.

Blog is back

Blog wasnt updated for about a month due to heavy exams load.
Which I failed anyway :(

Not much to tell since I didnt come out of my room pretending study and you didnt send me any interesting stuff.

Just one real and sad story about life in dorms
I bought bicycle. After long wait of 21 days it was brought to me. I was entirely happy how cool it was and even did a small ride. Afterwards I chained it to the fence delaying joy for later. Imagine how surprised I was finding out that the very same day in the evening the chain was cuted down and bicycle was stolen.Dirty bastards.The same day I received it . It is like there organization that hate new bikes is dwelling in Tech
Simply unbelievable :((

8 march

Yesterday at International Women's Day -=dEmigOd=- bought about 200 roses and give it to every woman in front of Ulman entrance. Bringing smiles and happiness to every women in his way.

Dont ask me why he did that... But I am sure it is part of some evil plan to conquer the world....

Video report of TCC meeting

So we, who care, gathered near TCC to demand our internet we pay for, to work well. There was alot of arguing and bullshitting from TCC stuff. They tried to convince us that nothing wrong with i-net and they have nothing to do with it bad quality.And they approved that they limit dorms bandwith. So we coulndt download our stuff from outside world. This is unacceptable. We will not lay our hands down until we receive good internet providing.
